Responsibilities & Context
Familiar with Mushak-6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 6.10, 9.1
Regular communication with inter-department special banks.
Assist in preparing VDS/TDS challan & deposit to Govt. exchequer.
Documents management related to VAT & TAX matter
Knowledge About Bangladesh VAT & TAX Law
Prepare bank reconciliation.
Prepare different types of billing vouchers in Excel.
Prepare invoice in Excel.
Contacts with overseas Accounts Payable parties.
Generate reports from web-based software.
Submit daily work summary reports to in charge.
Problem diagnosis and solve the problem.
Other services as required by the management of PC Link IT.
In addition to accounting work should have the mindset to do official administrative and other work.
Additional Requirements:
>Expert in Microsoft Office suite.
>Strong problem-solving ability.
>Possess excellent Attention to detail skills.
>Strong written and verbal communication skills.
>Quick books, NetSuite experience would be preferable.
>Time management skills.
