ASM (Area Sales Manager):
Responsibility of sales representative:
1. Dealer Management, create new area for market development,
2. Achieve monthly sales target by following the instruction from your marketing field officer and individual own daily planning,
3. Main focuses should be on sales efforts by existing and potential volume according to monthly target,
4. Keep management informed by submitting daily activity and results reports, such as daily call reports,
5. Resolves customer complain by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management,
6. Adjust sale content presentations by reviewing the type of sales outlet and trade factor.
7. Design & implement a strategic business plan that expand company's customer base & ensure its strong presence.
8. Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success
9. Set standards and objectives for different stores and departments
10. Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
11. Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
12. Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
13. Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
14. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
