Job Description / Responsibility
•Handling customer/applicant queries telephone, e-mail or chat
•Maintain and record all application data
•Communicate with other department.
•6 days a week; 9:00 AM - 1:15 PM/2:00PM-5:00PM
HSC passed/University running students
•The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Call Centre
Supervision/Management, Guest Relations/Services, Online (web/e-mail) Support
•The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Rent-a-car/Delivery service.
Additional Job Requirements
•Age 20 to 40 year(s)
•Behavioral competencies: customer orientation, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure, problem solving skills, ability to multi-task, adaptability and presence of mind to handle customer queries and complaints
•Technical competencies: basic computer skills - MS Office,MS Excel good typing skill
10000 Tk per month in provisional period for the first 3 months afterwards 12000 TK when the become perpanent.
