Job Description / Responsibility:
Responsible for the sales of Robi M Dakter in selected region.
Responsible for maintain a strong sales team in selected region.
Ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance.
Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time and in full.
Motivating the team to achieve high standards and KPI targets.
Dealing with and resolving problems and issues that arise.
Arranging & chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements.
Implementing new initiatives
Daily, Weekly & monthly sales report preparation
Adopt the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment
Work as a team member of a large sales team
Any other office administrative jobs in favor of Milvik Bangladesh Ltd

Educational Requirements: Hon's/ Degree or Above.

At least one-year experience in direct sales
