Job Description / Responsibility
The Manager, Marketing will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and executing online and offline campaigns through various marketing channels to drive lead generation in support of corporate objectives, as well as focus on the planning, strategy, execution, maintenance and optimization of BTL merchandise. This role requires a special focus on quality marketing materials, and a strong attention to detail when it comes to ensuring quality.

Plan, execute, control and finalize BTL marketing projects/promotions according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Oversee quality control on all BTL and merchandising materials. Ensure delivery of high-quality materials from vendors.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Plan, schedule, and track BTL project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Develop best practices and tools for BTL project execution and management.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Develop and deliver reports, proposals and requirements documentation.
Draft and submit budget proposals, and monitor department budget spend closely.
Managing communication between all departments
Creating power-point presentations
Help plan and execute all social media, display advertising, web, SEO/SEM, marketing database and email campaigns
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, both online and offline
Aid in the planning and execution of company PR strategy

Educational Requirements
Bachelors/B.B.A preferably in Marketing from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements
5 to 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 28 to 37 year(s)
5 years working experience in a BTL marketing role with some online experience
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
A strong attention to detail, and a focus on procurement of high-quality deliverable
Extremely strong written English and Bengali language skills
Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing campaigns
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online & social media marketing
