**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effective.
- Educational qualifications SSC/HSC.
