As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

- Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately.

- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effective.

- Educational qualifications SSC/HSC.
