Job Description / Responsibility
• Phone call receiving and forwarding with proper manner as per requirement.
• Ensure proper guest management. Oversee overall administrative functions of the company and ensure their proper day-to-day implementation;
• Maintain attendance, leave, late and related papers;
• Maintain disciplinary procedure as per the suggestion from head of HRD;
• Maintain all documentary procedure;
• Ensure file management;
• Office Maintenance;
• Supervise office cleaning;
• Ensure effective implementation of Security Policy of the company;
• Mail maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as when required.
• Support the Head of HR in all related activities
• Ensure all HR processes and guidelines are instituted in Drik and deal with all HR issues on site
Minimum- Graduate/ level minimum with good spoken and written Bangla and English.
• At least 0-1 year(s)
• Also fresher can apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Front Desk
•H.S.C. passed candidate can apply with those who have experience in following area.
