we are Indian joint venture company we are opening online shopping site. we want some Customer Service Representatives.

Gender : Female

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Receiving calls from customers.

• Handling customer complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.

• Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.

• Have up to date information about company and services.

• Collect customer’s feedback.

• Follow the rules and policies laid down by the management.

• Must be a team player.

• Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.

• Must be able to work by shifting.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor degree completed from any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements
• Freshers are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates are preferred.
