Job Description / Responsibility
• Handle customers and satisfy them with proper services of the highest standard.
• Give precise information regarding products and services to the customers.
• Proactively ensure that customers are aware of necessary information and any special instructions.
• Exhibit professional attitude when answering calls and always maintain patience and positive attitude and respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedbacks
• Serve customers with helping and friendly attitude and play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition.
• Communication with supervisor and delivery man.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor or management.

Job Nature: Part Time

Job Requirements:
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre, Data collection, Customer care
• Competence in writing and speaking in English.
• O / A level students are highly encouraged to apply.
• Good command on Computer competence and typing speed.
• Should have strong command in Computer Operations

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 18 to 25 year(s)
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Should have the ability to work under pressure.
• Work with a team.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
