Educational Qualification;/B.B.A /B.A /M.B.A /equivalent passing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAKE INBOUND CALLS PROACTIVELY TO INCREASE PRODUCT AND SERVICE AWARENESS, ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, AND FOLLOW UP CUSTOMER.
MONITOR CUSTOMER TRENDS, COMPETITOR'S INITIATIVES AND REPORTING.
SERVE CUSTOMERS WITH HELPING ATTITUDE TO PLAY A SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, RETENTION AND ACQUISITION TO ENHANCE COMPANY BRAND IMAGE. ANY OTHER responsibilities AS REQUIRED BY MANAGEMENT.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
ABILITY TO WORK IN GROUP AND ABLE TO SHARE INNOVATIVE IDEAS INTERPERSONAL SKILL'S LIABILITY TO COMMUNICATE AND MANAGE WELL AT ALL LEVELS.
GOOD COMMAND IN ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL A MUST.
