Responsibilities:
• Prepare Asset, Liability, and Capital Account entries by compiling and analyzing Account information’s.
• Experience preparation the corporate Financial Report whatever trading & manufacturing concern.
• Recommending Financial Actions by Analyzing Accounting Options.
• Organizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
• Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
• Assisting human resources department with payroll and personal databases.
• Cooperating with Auditors in preparing Audit Reports
• Document financial transactions by entering account information
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements like cash flow statement, balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Liaison maintain the Banking sector.
• Submit the tax , VAT return to NBR and also pay to the bank.
Educational Requirements
• BBA/MBA with a major in finance/ accounting.CC, CA Completed will be highly prioritized.
