Front Desk Executive
Job Description / Responsibility
• Maintain a system for recording and monitoring all visitors to the building, including welcoming them and notifying the appropriate personnel of their arrivals.
• Operate a multi line telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel.
• Provide callers with information about the organization.
• Take accurate messages and ensure they are received by the appropriate persons.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail within the office; file correspondence and other materials as required.
• Send, receive and route faxes.
Job Nature: Full-time
Graduate in any discipline from reputed institutions.

Additional Job Requirements
• Must have proficiency in speaking and writing both English and Bengali.
• Must have familiarity with current Windows operating systems (as applicable) and proficiency in required software such as MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
• Must have flexibility in responding courteously to immediate needs of visitors and callers; ability to establish priorities and maintain productivity despite numerous interruptions.
• Must be hard working.
