Job purpose: Ensure that customers are more than satisfied with Bikroy.com’s services
Key responsibilities and duties:
Ensure that the website is well maintained and the quality of our inventory is at top notch through reviewing incoming ads
Ensure a high quality and timely response of customer requests through telephone and email
Provide feedback on issues and challenges with respect to your job and suggest solutions
Work on different projects assigned by Bikroy.com management
Graduates of Marketing or any relevant field.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/Management, Online (web/e-mail) Support
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cellular Phone Operator, Call Center, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, E-commerce
Age 22 to 30 year(s)
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply; but candidate with proven working experiences in customer support from any reputed company will get preference.
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with Excel, word and power point
Self-motivated and target driven person
Team player and has the ability to work independently as well
Deadline- as soon as possible.
