Job Description / Responsibility:
Ensure revenue acquisition & collection by selling Value Added Services to sellers over the phone.
Make telephone calls to potential leads
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the services we have in offer for the clients
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
Maintain databases for both contacted customers and potential customers. Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy.
Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
Meeting set targets (daily, weekly, monthly)
Use company script guidelines & proposition
Update the systems and generate reports
Timely submission of any work when assigned.
Graduates of Marketing or any relevant field.

Call Centre Supervision/Management, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Online (web/e-mail) Support, Tele Marketing
