Management Trainee Officer
Job Description / Responsibility
Prepare and update various policy related to human resource management & administration
To carry out all types of HRM and administrative matters for smooth functioning of company
Coordinate to arrange different training program and meetings
Official file management and letter correspondence
Prepare Appointment letter, various notice, instruction as deemed necessary
Maintain leave, attendance and overtime records
Prepare different admin and HR related reports
Correspondence with business community
Any other responsibility assigned by management
Job Nature: Full-time
BBA /MBA / Masters preferably in Finance / Management/ HR from reputed university.
1 or 2 years experiences in the similar field from a reputed bank or financial Institutions is preferable.
Additional Job Requirements
Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented
Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali
Excellent in MS- Office application
Job Location: Dhaka
Salary Range: Negotiable
