Management Trainee Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

 Prepare and update various policy related to human resource management & administration

 To carry out all types of HRM and administrative matters for smooth functioning of company

 Coordinate to arrange different training program and meetings

 Official file management and letter correspondence

 Prepare Appointment letter, various notice, instruction as deemed necessary

 Maintain leave, attendance and overtime records

 Prepare different admin and HR related reports

 Correspondence with business community

 Any other responsibility assigned by management

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements

BBA /MBA / Masters preferably in Finance / Management/ HR from reputed university.

Experience Requirements

1 or 2 years experiences in the similar field from a reputed bank or financial Institutions is preferable.

Additional Job Requirements

 Pro-active, smart, self-motivated, enthusiastic and career oriented

 Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali

 Excellent in MS- Office application

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
