Job Description / Responsibility
1. Meet and greet customers in a courteous manner, friendly and professional manner in person and over the telephone.
2. Receive & reply Phone Calls
3. Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
4. Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
5. Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors
6. Check visitors in and Inform other employees of visitors arrivals or cancellations
7. Enter customer data and send correspondence
8. Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
• Minimum Requirement: H.S.C/ Graduate

Experience Requirements
• At least 0 to 1 year in Any Reputed Company

Additional Job Requirement.
• Only female can apply.
• Age 18 to 25 year(s)
• Any other tasks assigned by authority
• Good Looking ,Smart ,Well mannered
• Should have speaking & Writing in English.
