Job Description:

Self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude.
Fluent in English as well as Bengali, both oral and written.
Must have sufficient knowledge in office management, file maintaining, and be able to provide administrative support to senior management.
Coordinate all office activities of Chairman / Managing Director.
Responsible for day to day Secretarial Jobs at Chairman / Managing Director desk with dignity & maintain punctuality and confidentiality to a high level.
Prepare note about the day to day works schedule of the Chairman/ Managing Director.
Maintain the schedules and dairy of the Chairman / Managing Director and ensure all appointments and meetings are updated.
Update /remind Chairman/ MD about his day to day activities.
Compose correspondence/ reports as per dictation and/or own initiative.
To maintain all confidential files, with particular reference to the Chairman / Managing Director.
Carrying out all kinds of e-mail correspondence on behalf of Chairman / Managing Director in Local and abroad.
Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
Drafting letter, memo, proposals etc. as per the instruction of the Chairman / Managing Director.
Arranging various meeting including Board Meeting.
Reporting directly to the Honorable Chairman / Managing Director.
Maintain close liaison with Business Associations/ Chambers (FBCCI, DCCI, MCCI, BTME etc.) & monitor all their jobs are done in time;
Responsible for Inter-Departmental Coordination with All units as directed by Chairman / MD;
Maintain appointment calendars - arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling and logistics;
Attend meeting with Chairman / MD & take notes on the discussion, prepare meeting minutes;
Responsible for handling all travel arrangements including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, office & site meeting venues;
Sending meeting confirmation emails;
Supervise MD driver, personal security & daily working schedule;
Fix up MD daily appointment, Communicate with Govt./ Private/ Business Agencies as directed by MD;
Maintain Chairman / MD's secretariat in a professional and decent manner.
Maintain the schedules of the Chairman / MD and ensure all appointments and meeting updates;
Responding to certain emails, typing up various documents in English.
Responsible for informing and reminding the Chairman / MD of necessary information, as and when required.
Communicate with a different national business area.
Must have a good skill on email corresponding to local.
Must be well spoken in English reading and quality report writing.
Assist in maintaining all schedules, appointments & Travel arrangements
Maintain database on different information, reports, addresses, contact nos. etc.
Any other task as assign by Chairman / Managing Director

Job Nature: Full-time.

Educational Requirements:

SSC, O Level, H.S.C, A' Level, Diploma, Graduate, Hons' in any subject, B.B.A

Experience Requirements:

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: 15000-22000
