Job Description / Responsibility

General office duties PLUS
• Answering the telephone, transferring calls and taking messages
• Filing office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
• Meeting & greetings of visitors, ensuring they sign in and out
• Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct official
• Act as a receptionist or front desk officer when required
• Prepare & serve tea/coffee and snacks to officials
• Maintain all office equipment properly
• keep office area clean and tidy
• Any other duties as assigned.

Education: Minimum SSC
