Attend visitors/ Customers.
Answer telephone in a professional manner and provide telephone connections inside and outside of the organization.
Welcome all visitors to Office with courtesy and respective manners and guide them to relevant people.
Deal with queries from the client/customers.
Receives and distribute all documents/emails within the organization; Keep telephone directory or any information in
the database manually. keeping messages of the staff in their absence.
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization.
Daily and maintain the reception area.
Other duties as and when assigned by the management.
SSC/ HSC/ Diploma/ Running students for part-time
Minimum Under Graduation for full-time
