Job Description / Responsibility
Attend visitors/ Customers.
Operate traditional and IP PABX System.
Answer telephone in a professional manner and provide telephone connections inside and outside of the organization.
Welcome all visitors to Office with courtesy and respective manners and guide them to relevant people.
Deal with queries from the client/customers.
Receives and distribute all documents/mails within the organization; Keep telephone directory or any information in database manually. keeping messages of the staff in their absence.
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Daily and maintain the reception area.
Other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Graduate from any reputed university
At least 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Personal Secretary, Reception, Front Desk
Age 20 to 30 year(s)

Verbal and written communication skills
Customer service orientation
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
