Job Description / Responsibility
• Welcome to visitors, provide information according to their queries and requirements & keep their details.
• Provide guidance for the visitors and out comers.
• Mail Management including Courier, Incoming Call receiving, Office Document collection, Letter dispatching both incoming & outgoing and send to concern person on time.
• Operate telephone, answer call and transfer to the concerned Person.
• Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the authority.
• Knowing computer operation in email and others applications.

Educational Requirements
HSC/ Graduation.

• N/A

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 18 to 28 year(s)
• Only females are allowed to apply.
• Smart, good looking, proactive and good communication skill is preferable.
• Applicant must have experience on WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills on Business Level English.
