Spoken English/IELTS TRAINING

I need student or a person who want to learn speaking in English(or who is searching for a partner to talk in English) and also have excellent proficiency in English or at least have a skill with upper mid level of it.Also any aspirant of IELTS can contact with me who is willing to get some suggession in Reading and listening .I have a score of 8 in listening and a score of 7.5 in Reading.
