Sr. Executive, Call Center

Job Description / Responsibility
• To provide highest quality of service to the customers over the phone;
• Aggressive Sales Person;
• To handle customers in a professional manner;
• To provide feedback to the Team Leader on issues and challenges w.r.t his/her job and suggest solutions.
• Maintain all daily logs properly
• To provide feedback to the supervisor/manager on issues and challenges with respect to his job and suggest solutions
• To achieve daily quantitative targets, the service levels and also up sell targets (if any)
• To follow the company' business code of conduct
• To attend Team Meetings
• To follow up on all the activities sent by him and share Team workload.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintaining cleanliness and work environment

Job Nature: Full-time/ Part Time

Educational Requirements
Minimum O Level or University Students can apply.

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 18 to 30 year(s)
• Must have fluency in English.
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills!!
• Must have excellent communication/ interpersonal (verbal & listening) skills.
• Self-starter & Motivator.
