Job Description:
We are looking for a legal associate to support our legal VAT team in handling a variety of VAT legal matters. The successful candidate will work closely with our VAT legal team to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, draft VAT documents, conduct research, and assist with case management regarding various VAT forms and formats.
Responsibilities & Context:
Research VAT laws and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
Conduct VAT research on various topics and provide analysis and recommendations to the legal team.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on VAT-related matters.
Handling inquiries and providing accurate information about the company and its services.
Assist in responding to VAT inquiries and audits from authorities.
Assisting in administrative tasks such as sorting mail, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
Assist in analyzing and submitting 9.1, 4.3, and other forms.
Education:
Bachelor/Honors/Masters degree, especially Accounting, Finance, Management, or relevant fields.
Additional Requirements:
Age: 24 to 30 years
Basic knowledge of VAT laws and regulations.

• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent written skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
