Dream Language Center is seeking a smart and experienced Public Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for managing front desk operations, customer relationships, and providing top-notch support to students and clients, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Front Office Supervision: Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors and clients.
2. Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
3. Student Consultant Support: Provide assistance and support to student consultants, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
4. Information Desk Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Social Media Management: Manage our Facebook page, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and creating short live sessions and videos.
5. Help Desk and Client Service: Address client inquiries and issues at the help desk, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Office Executive and Secretary Duties: Perform general office duties, including administrative support, scheduling, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in front desk management, public relations, or a similar role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially Facebook.
Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
