Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced lead architect–interior designer to head our design team and take ownership of high-impact residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects from concept to completion. This is a leadership role that blends creative vision with technical execution, client management, and team mentorship. The ideal candidate is both a strong designer and a capable leader who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver design excellence on time and within budget.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field (a professional architecture license/registration is a plus, depending on local requirements).
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in architecture and/or interior design, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or lead designer capacity.
Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of completed projects (residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, or office spaces).
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and MEP coordination.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and teams.
