কর্মঠ এবং সৎ হতে হবে। বাসা বারির কাজে পুর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে ভালো, বিস্বস্ত হতে হবে, বাসার অন্যান্য কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে ভাল
