Responsibilities
1. Front-Desk Management & First Impressions Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests, clients, and candidates warmly, determining the purpose of their visit, and directing them to the appropriate person or room. Maintaining the Lobby: Ensuring the reception area, waiting room, and front desk are clean, organized, professional, and well-stocked with necessary materials (brochures, sign-in sheets, water). Security & Gatekeeping: Monitoring office access, issuing visitor badges, maintaining logbooks or digital sign-in systems, and following company security protocols.
Requirements & Skills
Front-Desk Management: Greeting clients, visitors, and vendors warmly; managing the guest logbook or digital sign-in system; and ensuring the reception area remains tidy and professional. Communication & Routing: Operating multi-line phone systems to answer, screen, and forward calls. Managing the general company email inbox and routing messages to the appropriate teams. Mail & Logistics: Sorting and distributing incoming mail, packages, and couriers. Coordinating outgoing shipments and managing messenger services. Scheduling & Calendaring: Managing meeting room reservations, scheduling appointments for executives, and preventing calendar conflicts. Administrative Support: Assisting HR or finance teams with light data entry, scanning, photocopying, and preparing documentation for meetings. Inventory Control: Monitoring and ordering office and kitchen supplies to keep the workspace fully stocked.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
HSC , basic computer skill, social media skills
