Responsibilities:
◼ Greet and welcome guests with courtesy
◼ Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
◼ Maintain student records and office files
◼ Prepare data entries and necessary documents using MS Word and Excel
◼ Assist with general administrative and office tasks
◼ Manage emails and provide front desk support
Qualifications:
◼ Minimum HSC / Bachelor's degree
◼ Basic computer skills (MS Office, typing, email management)
◼ Good communication and interpersonal skills
◼ Smart, polite, and responsible
