• পণ্য/সেবার তথ্য গ্রাহকদের জানানো
• গ্রাহকের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া
• অর্ডার ও কাস্টমার সংক্রান্ত তথ্য নিয়ম অনুযায়ী পরিচালনা করা
Requirements & Skills
স্মার্টফোন ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে দক্ষ হতে হবে
বাংলা ভাষায় ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে
Facebook/Messenger বা অনলাইন যোগাযোগ ব্যবহারে সক্ষম হতে হবে
দায়িত্বশীল ও সময়নিষ্ঠ হতে হবে
কাস্টমার সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে ধারণা থাকলে ভালো
অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে
