Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Sylhet Sadar and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, report to management
- Conduct field visits to ensure product availability and visibility
- Train and motivate sales representatives
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and travel within Sylhet district
- Motorcycle with valid license preferred for field visits
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, or any related discipline from a recognized university
