Marketing Executive (Female)

📌 Job Responsibilities - Phone, Facebook, WhatsApp ও অন্যান্য online channel-এর মাধ্যমে customer communication ও sales follow-up করা। - Customer inquiry handle করে potential customer-কে sales-এ convert করা। - New ও existing customer/lead নিয়মিত follow-up করা। - Elozaa-এর products, offers ও services promote করা। - Online & Social Media Marketing activities-এ actively কাজ করা। - Customer relationship maintain করা এবং ভালো customer service নিশ্চিত করা। - Order ও customer requirements অনুযায়ী relevant team-এর সাথে coordinate করা। - Daily sales, leads ও follow-up report maintain করা। - Monthly sales target achieve করার জন্য result-oriented ভাবে কাজ করা।

🎯 Requirements - Sales & Marketing-এ minimum 1 year practical experience থাকতে হবে। - E-commerce, Online Sales অথবা Facebook-based Sales experience থাকলে preference দেওয়া হবে। - Excellent communication & customer handling skill থাকতে হবে। - Phone ও online-এ confidently customer handle করতে পারতে হবে। - Facebook, WhatsApp, MS Office/Google Sheets-এর basic knowledge থাকতে হবে। - Smart, confident, responsible এবং target-oriented হতে হবে। - বাংলা ভাষায় ভালো communication skill এবং basic English communication skill থাকতে হবে।
