Job Responsibilities:
Call leads/customers provided by the company to introduce products and services.
Understand customer needs and provide relevant product information.
Answer customer queries and close sales.
Maintain and submit daily call, lead, and sales reports.
Build professional relationships with customers.
Ensure sales targets are met.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales/Call Center/Sales.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and mobile apps.
Be motivated and confident in achieving sales targets.
Ability to work under pressure.
