Responsibilities
Conduct targeted online market research using verified search engines, business directories, and professional social media platforms to identify potential business-to-business (B2B) clients and point-of-contact details. ​Extract, verify, and compile accurate contact information—including company names, phone numbers, and official email addresses—into structured organizational databases or spreadsheets. ​Set up and systematically manage official communication channels, coordinate client outreach groups, and distribute approved marketing materials or service offers to prospective leads daily. ​Receive, organize, and securely archive incoming customer documentation, applications, and order files in strict compliance with company data privacy policies. ​Track the lifecycle of customer inquiries, update lead status reports, and collaborate closely with the logistics and delivery departments to ensure successful service fulfillment.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum educational qualification of a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. ​Proven proficiency in conducting advanced web searches, navigating professional social networks, and utilizing online data extraction tools efficiently. ​Strong practical command of data management software, specifically Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based team collaboration platforms. ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English to ensure professional, clear interaction with team members and potential clients. ​Possession of a reliable personal computer or laptop, a stable high-speed internet connection, and a functional smartphone for daily operations. ​Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintain strict self-discipline, meet daily data collection targets, and handle sensitive business information with high integrity.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in online lead generation, data entry operations, virtual assistance, or customer support roles is highly preferred. Fresh graduates possessing exceptional digital literacy, strong internet research capabilities, and an eager willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. ​Job Location: This is a fully remote, work-from-home position available to candidates residing anywhere across Bangladesh. ​Working Hours: Standard shift is 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with flexible scheduling options available based on performance.
