Responsibilities
বাসা দেখাশোনা করা, সকালে মোটরের পানি তুলে দেওয়া, ছাদের উপরে কিছু ফুল গাছ আছে ওইগুলা পরিচর্যা করা, কোন ফ্লাটে পানির লাইনে গ্যাসের লাইনে অথবা বিদ্যুতিক লাইনে সমস্যা হলে মিস্ত্রি এনে মেরামত করা, দুইটা সিকিউরিটি গার্ড আছে তাদের দেখাশোনা করা, এবং প্রত্যেক মাসের ১০ তারিখের ভিতরে প্রত্যেক ফ্ল্যাটের বারা তুলে একাউন্টে জমা দেওয়া।

না থাকলেও চলবে, কাজ বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া হবে,প্রত্যেক ফ্ল্যাটের ভাড়াটিয়াদের সাথে ভালো ব্যবহার করতে হবে, ভদ্র নম্র এবং দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে।

বাংলা পড়তে এবং লিখতে পারলে হবে,দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে প্রত্যেকটা কাজের বিস্তারিত বাসার মালিক কে অবহিত করতে হবে।

Duty is 12 hours, salary is 17 thousand taka, accommodation will be provided, there is a room under the house (ground floor) to stay in, two meals of rice and one meal of breakfast will be provided (by the owner). You must perform duty wearing a uniform, you have to buy two uniforms yourself from the shop, the house logo will be on the uniform (at the expense of the employee). You can enjoy four days off per month. If you want to leave the job, you must inform one month in advance. Contact directly with the owner (whatsapp+ , do not call during prayer times.
