Responsibilities
গ্রাহকের কলব্যাক বা ব্রেকডাউন অভিযোগ অনুযায়ী সাইটে গিয়ে লিফট পরীক্ষা করা
লিফটের সাধারণ Electrical ও Mechanical সমস্যা শনাক্ত ও সমাধান করা
Lift Controller, Door System, Motor, Brake, Sensor ও Safety Circuit পরীক্ষা করা
নিয়মিত Preventive Maintenance ও Servicing করা
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী যন্ত্রাংশ পরিবর্তন বা মেরামতে সহায়তা করা
প্রতিটি সার্ভিসের পর Service Report প্রস্তুত করা
গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে ভদ্র ও পেশাদার আচরণ করা
জরুরি প্রয়োজনে অফিস সময়ের বাইরে কলব্যাক সার্ভিস দেওয়া
Requirements & Skills
লিফট সার্ভিসিং বা মেইনটেন্যান্সে কমপক্ষে ১–৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা
লিফটের সাধারণ ত্রুটি শনাক্ত করার সক্ষমতা
Multimeter ও প্রয়োজনীয় সার্ভিসিং টুলস ব্যবহার করতে জানা
Electrical Wiring ও Basic Circuit Diagram বুঝতে পারা
Lift Door, Sensor, Contactor, Relay ও Safety Device সম্পর্কে সাধারণ ধারণা
ঢাকা শহরের বিভিন্ন সাইটে কাজ করার মানসিকতা
মোটরসাইকেল চালাতে জানা এবং বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে Trade Course
বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথিলযোগ্য
Minimum Experience
2 years
