My pet cockatiel can talk, I have been raising it for 1.5 years. Being a tame bird, it wants to stay outside with people all day. Due to professional reasons, I cannot give it time at all, so it is gradually becoming untamed, hence I am selling it. It can call its name Rio, whistle, and sing on its own. Only those who can care for it with love and give it time please message.. Location: Jahurul Islam Medical College.
