Price is fixed, non-negotiable. Got master service done a short while ago. Current condition implies there are only two things to work on - 1. Throttle (accelerator cable) needs to be changed 2. Spark plug needs to be changed. Average work cost is around 1000-1500 Baka. Not much. Selling because I am taking a shop, so money is needed. Papers are okay - name change possible.
