Position Name: Accounts Officer
Responsibilities:
Record daily accounting and all financial transactions.
Prepare and verify Payment, Receipt, and Journal Vouchers.
Maintain Cash Book, Bank Book, and General Ledger.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation.
Process bills, invoices, and employee payroll.
Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Prepare monthly financial reports and present them to management.
Educational Qualifications:
BBA/B.Com (Accounting/Finance) or equivalent (Students currently studying can also apply).
Qualifications and Skills:
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Honesty, responsibility, and a mindset to complete work on time.
Freshers can apply (or mention 1-2 years of experience if required).
