Responsibilities
অফিসে আগত ক্লায়েন্টদের আন্তরিকভাবে গ্রহণ ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান।
ফোন, WhatsApp ও Facebook-এর মাধ্যমে ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা।
ভিসা সংক্রান্ত তথ্য ও পরামর্শ প্রদান।
ক্লায়েন্টের ডকুমেন্ট সংগ্রহ, যাচাই ও ফাইল মেইনটেইন করা।
নিয়মিত ক্লায়েন্ট ফলো-আপ করা।
অফিসের দৈনন্দিন প্রশাসনিক কাজে সহযোগিতা করা।
Requirements & Skills
শুধুমাত্র মহিলা প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
ন্যূনতম HSC পাস।
ভালো যোগাযোগ ও ক্লায়েন্ট হ্যান্ডলিং দক্ষতা।
স্মার্ট, ভদ্র ও দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে।
দ্রুত শেখার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
Visa Consultancy বা Customer Service-এ অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার, তবে ফ্রেশাররাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
ন্যূনতম SSC পাস,
ন্যূনতম HSC পাস।
স্নাতক/অনার্স অধ্যয়নরত বা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারে মৌলিক দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
