Responsibilities
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for assigned tea products and territory.
Visit retailers, wholesalers, tea shops, restaurants, hotels, offices and other potential customers regularly.
Develop new customers and increase sales from existing customers.
Ensure proper distribution and availability of all assigned tea products in the market.
Take orders from retailers/dealers and ensure timely delivery through the appropriate distribution channel.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors and other business partners.
Introduce new products, pack sizes, promotional offers and company schemes to customers.
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, visibility and placement at retail outlets.
Monitor competitors` products, prices, promotions, activities and market presence.
Collect market information and provide feedback regarding customer preferences and changing market demand.
