Security Supervisor Job Description:
* Combination of field and desk work
* Field-level operations
* Inspecting security posts, conducting surprise checks to ensure guards are performing duties correctly, and monitoring the CCTV control room.
* Preparing daily work reports in registers, creating duty rosters or schedules for guards, checking visitor and material logs, and maintaining communication with higher authorities.
* Preventing incidents before they occur.
* The role of a Security Supervisor is a vigilant and challenging profession that requires both physical effort (patrolling and surveillance) and mental skill (leadership, intelligence, and quick decision-making).
