Students interested in the Australia Awards Scholarship have four more days to apply. The Australian High Commission in Bangladesh announced the extension on their Facebook page yesterday, Tuesday. The original deadline was April 30, but students can now apply until May 4. This scholarship is provided by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Recipients can study subjects such as health, development, environment, sustainability, trade, public policy, economics, governance, infrastructure, science, engineering, and the blue economy. For 2025, 1,551 students from 55 countries will receive the Australia Awards Scholarship. Australia spent 270 billion dollars on this scholarship program in 2023-2024. Applications for the Australia Awards Scholarship began on February 1. Interested students from Bangladesh and around the world have until August 4 to apply.
