The cost of 6 months of Japanese language learning + exam fees + visa processing, all combined, will require a one-time payment of 1 Lakh Taka in Bangladesh. We have accommodation facilities in Shanir Akhra. Language classes are held in Shanir Akhra and Shahjadpur. If you do not get a Japanese visa after studying for two consecutive attempts (one year), your entire 1 Lakh Taka will be refunded. No money will be deducted. Upon passing the Japanese language test, you will need to send the first semester fees for various educational institutions in Japan from Bangladesh. Depending on the field, this usually ranges from 13 Lakh to 20 Lakh Taka. Details of higher education in Japan are as follows: Bank Phase 1 1. When applying to Japan, bank statements and solvency proof for 1 to 3 years are required depending on the school. 2. A minimum of 20 Lakh Taka must be in the bank for at least 1 year. According to Japanese calculations, this is 250 man yen. 3. Bank accounts with sudden large transactions are not applicable for Japanese applications. 4. Savings and fixed deposit accounts are applicable for Japanese applications. 5. Agent banking and current accounts are not applicable for applications. 6. After receiving the pre-visa from Japan, before applying for a visa at the Japanese Embassy, a minimum of 12 Lakh Taka must be deposited in the bank account. 2. A 6-month bank statement of the account must be collected. 3. There should be no errors in the name, address, or phone number in the bank account. 4. Our team will verify all documents before applying for a visa at the Japanese Embassy and send the correct documents for the visa application. 5. You can discuss any bank-related issues or solutions with us. Our team will always be ready to assist you. 6. After applying for a visa at the Japanese Embassy, money cannot be withdrawn from the bank account. The Japanese Embassy may call or email the bank at any time to verify the current status of the bank account. Processing System Required Documents: 1. SSC Certificate Copy | 1. If the applicant misses classes for 3 days without notice, their admission will be cancelled. (If parents call the school to request leave, it will be granted; if anyone else calls, admission will be cancelled.) If necessary, the office will call to confirm if the caller is the parent. 3. Our classes will be held 3 days a week. Each class will be 2 hours long. 4. Our classes will be divided into morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. 5. Classes may change based on the students' academic progress. 6. Accommodation is available for students coming from far away. Students will stay at their own expense. 7. Students will be selected for Japanese schools through interviews. 8. Every student must pass the NAT test with 120 marks; otherwise, they must participate in the NAT test again. In that case, students must pay for the NAT test again at their own expense. 9. When applying to Japan, our institution will try its best for you. Our institution does not provide pre-visas; pre-visas are provided by Japanese Immigration. Therefore, we do not guarantee 100% success. 10. If Japanese Immigration approves the pre-visa, after we provide you with the pre-visa and the 1-year school fee receipt, you will send the fees to the Japanese school's account through the bank. If for any reason the visa is rejected by the embassy, the school will return the money to your account. In that case, the returned amount may be less or more depending on the dollar rate. 11. If the visa is rejected, the school will deduct an admission fee of 5 to 8 man yen depending on the school. The remaining money will be returned to your account.
