There are some issues with the laptop: 1. Battery needs replacement. Currently, I use it while plugged into the charger and can work for 5-6 hours without any issues. 2. Due to a fall, one corner of the laptop body is slightly broken. 3. There is a faint scratch on the display. Except for these issues, the laptop has no other problems. It is quite good for web research. You can perform standard to moderately heavy tasks on it. I regularly use software like Photoshop and Illustrator. You are welcome to thoroughly check everything before buying.
