1. Photocopy of the rider's National ID/Birth Certificate.
2. 2 copies of the rider's passport-sized photos.
3. National ID of the nominee.
4. 1 copy of the nominee's passport-sized photo.
5. bKash number.
6. For motorcycles, a driving license and tax token are required.
7. Photocopy of utility bill (Electricity/Water/Gas).
8. One copy of your CV including current address.
9. All the above documents must first be submitted online via the Foodi Rider app.
*If a rider does not have a Voter ID card, they must bring a photocopy of their birth certificate and a Chairman's certificate.*
Location: Banglabazar, Fakhruddin Chowdhury Lane, the building next to Dayal Tower, behind Kathure Furniture.
Before coming, please download the Foodi Rider app. Allow all permissions. Go to 'Create Account' and submit the required information. Then come to the office with the above documents at 11:30 AM.
