Everything is fine, except the copper pipe is missing as it was stolen. The gas leaked when the thief cut the pipe, so it hasn't been reinstalled. Whoever buys it will need to buy the pipe and refill the gas. Everything else is perfectly okay. No problems at all; just buy, install, and use. It cools very well.
