Responsibilities

Retail ও wholesale মার্কেটে নতুন ডিলার ও রিটেইলার সংগ্রহ করা নিয়মিত মার্কেট ভিজিট ও অর্ডার সংগ্রহ করা Sales target অর্জন ও market expansion নিশ্চিত করা Distributor ও shop owner দের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা Sales report ও market feedback প্রদান করা Division ও nationwide sales operation monitor করা (Manager পদে) নতুন distribution network তৈরি ও business growth নিশ্চিত করা

Requirements & Skills

ভালো communication ও negotiation skill থাকতে হবে Sales & marketing বিষয়ে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার Leadership ও team management skill থাকতে হবে (Manager পদে) Target oriented এবং hardworking হতে হবে Nationwide travel করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে Motorcycle ও driving license থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার

Minimum Qualification Requirements

ন্যূনতম hsc / সমমান পাশ (sales executive) bachelor degree preferred (manager positions) fmcg / retail / wholesale sector এ অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার computer ও reporting বিষয়ে basic knowledge থাকতে হবে
