Responsibilities
• গ্রাহকদের উপযুক্ত Smartphone, Tablet ও Gadget বেছে নিতে সহায়তা করা।
• পণ্যের Features, Specifications, Variants ও Pricing সঠিকভাবে বুঝিয়ে বলা।
• গ্রাহকদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পণ্যের পরামর্শ দেওয়া।
• গ্রাহকের চাহিদা ও বাজেট অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন পণ্যের তুলনা করে বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া।
• পেশাদার আচরণ ও সুন্দর Customer Service নিশ্চিত করা।
• নতুন পণ্য, Features ও Technology সম্পর্কে আপডেট থাকা।
• ভালো Customer Experience নিশ্চিত করতে Team-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।
Requirements & Skills
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতা ও দক্ষতা:
• প্রাসঙ্গিক কাজে ৬ মাস থেকে ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।
• ভালো Communication ও Customer Service Skills।
• Smartphone, Gadget ও Electronics সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণা অথবা শেখার আগ্রহ।
• পণ্যের Features বুঝে সহজভাবে গ্রাহকদের বোঝানোর সক্ষমতা।
• বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ, দায়িত্বশীল ও পেশাদার মনোভাব।
• Retail Outlet-এ সরাসরি উপস্থিত থেকে কাজ করার আগ্রহ।
অগ্রাধিকারযোগ্য যোগ্যতা
• HSC বা সমমানের যোগ্যতা অগ্রাধিকারযোগ্য, তবে দক্ষ প্রার্থীদের জন্য বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।
• Smartphone, Gadget ও Electronics সম্পর্কে বাস্তব জ্ঞান থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
• শুধু শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার চেয়ে প্রাসঙ্গিক Sales বা Customer Service অভিজ্ঞতাকে বেশি গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হবে।

Minimum Qualification Requirements
• HSC or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory for skilled candidates.
• Practical knowledge of smartphones, gadgets, and electronics is an advantage.

Job Description
A friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Smartphone & Gadget Sales Consultant is being recruited to join the Retail Team of Gazi Electronics.
Your main task will be to provide customers with information about Smartphones, Tablets, and Gadgets, explain product features and specifications, assist in comparing different products, and advise on choosing the right product according to customer needs and budget.
Answering customer product inquiries, providing accurate product information, and ensuring a great shopping experience at the outlet will be part of your responsibilities. You must have an eagerness to learn about new products and technology, and communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with customers.
We value product knowledge, correct advice, teamwork, and quality customer service. There are no individual sales targets for this position.
