Responsibilities
প্রার্থীকে সেলস ও কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে দক্ষ হতে হবে। কম্পিউটার পরিচালনার সাধারণ জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে এবং দোকানের বিলিং/অ্যাকাউন্টিং সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করতে জানতে হবে। সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) পরিচালনায় দক্ষ হতে হবে। ছবি ও ভিডিও ধারণ, সাধারণ ভিডিও এডিটিং এবং সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় পোস্ট করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। কাস্টমারের সাথে সুন্দর ও পেশাদারভাবে যোগাযোগ করতে পারতে হবে। প্রার্থীকে সৎ, দায়িত্বশীল, সময়নিষ্ঠ এবং দ্রুত শেখার মানসিকতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
